XAFS

XAFS2300 X-ray Absorption Fine Structure Spectrometer

X-ray absorption fine structure spectrometer is a supplement and extension of synchrotron radiation, and does not rely on synchrotron radiation laboratory level XAFS and XES measurement devices. It is a laboratory level XAFS and XES measurement instrument that does not rely on synchrotron radiation light sources.

Our XAFS2300 integrates three core components: a high-throughput continuous spectrum X-ray source, a high reflection efficiency curved crystal monochromator, and a high-resolution SDD detector. It can achieve precise measurement XAFS in laboratory environment, and complete the analysis of coordination number, bond length, chemical valence state, and coordination configuration of elements. In addition, XAFS2300 can also perform XES testing, which is essentially an ultra-high energy resolution X-ray fluorescence spectrum, achieving accurate determination of element spin-state and neutron like near coordination element species.
